Reconstructing the Rambler

A new roofline, a new loft with previously untapped views of Lake Sammamish, and an efficient use of 1,800 square feet have pushed this 1980’s rambler inside out. The soaring shed roof and cantilevered deck direct the flow of the house up and out.
